What happens after my 14-day trial?

Your account moves to the plan you selected. No surprise charges — we'll remind you before the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.

Can I switch plans as my team grows?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — your client data, history, and preferences all move with you. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Does Iris work with my existing POS or CRM?

Team and above plans include integrations with major POS and CRM systems (Shopify, Lightspeed, Endear, and more). We'll confirm compatibility during onboarding. Iris also works standalone — no integration required to start.

Who owns my client data?

You do, always. Export your full dataset at any time. We never sell your data, never use it to train AI models, and never share it with other organizations. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are live within 24 hours. We handle configuration on our end — your team just installs the app and starts talking to Iris. Enterprise accounts with data migration take 3–5 business days.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contract on monthly plans — cancel any time. Annual plans are paid upfront and save 10%. Enterprise plans are annual contracts with terms scoped per account.
