How you're billed

Prices on this page are for subscriptions billed directly by Clenta and are available to any business, on any point-of-sale. If you install Clenta from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is billed through Shopify at the plan prices shown on our Shopify App Store listing, with monthly and yearly options and the same 14-day free trial. Enterprise is a custom annual contract arranged with our team and is not sold through the Shopify App Store.

Additional users

Core and Team are sized plans — when your team outgrows one, the next tier is the upgrade path, and monthly plans can move between tiers anytime (including seasonally). Pro supports additional seats at $75/seat/mo.

Multi-location

Pricing is per location: each location runs its own subscription at the tier that fits it, so a store with three locations has three subscriptions. There is no extra platform fee beyond each location’s plan, locations link under one account, and account features reflect your highest-tier location.

Common questions.

What happens after my 14-day trial?

Your account moves to the plan you selected. No surprise charges — we'll remind you before the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.

Can I switch plans as my team grows?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — your client data, history, and preferences all move with you. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Does Iris work with my existing POS or CRM?

If your POS is on the supported list (next question), Iris syncs with it at no extra charge. Iris also works standalone, so no integration is required to start. Custom or esoteric integrations are scoped on Enterprise plans.

Which POS systems does Clenta connect to?

Live today: Shopify, Lightspeed Retail (R-Series), and Heartland Retail, included at no extra charge. Coming soon: Square, Clover, and Retail Backbone. Current status for every integration is on the integrations page.

Who owns my client data?

You do, always. Request a full export of your dataset any time — we'll get it to you within a few business days. We never sell your data, never use it to train AI models, and never share it with other organizations. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How long does setup take?

Signing up takes about five minutes, and Iris is usually ready within the hour. Your team installs the app and starts talking to her the same day. Enterprise accounts with data migration take 3 to 5 business days.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contract on monthly plans — cancel any time. Annual plans are paid upfront and save 10%. Enterprise plans are annual contracts with terms scoped per account.
