Connect Square and Iris can look a client up and see what she's bought. Read-only, connected with a tap.
What Iris Can Do
Search by name or contact info and pull up their profile.
See what she's ordered: what, how much, and when.
Ask about recent orders storewide, not just for one client.
On the way
We built the Square connection a couple of months ago, and Iris has learned a lot since then. We're bringing these over from what already works everywhere else.
Ask what's in stock, in what sizes, and where, without leaving the conversation.
Know which door an order came from, and ask questions about just that one location.
Totals and trends over a period, so a manager can ask how the week went and actually get an answer.
No date on these yet, and we'd rather say that than invent one. If one of them is what would make Square work for your team, tell us on the integrations page. It moves things up the list.
Connect
An admin taps "Connect Square" in account settings, signs into Square, and approves read-only access. Clenta never sees or stores a Square password. It's Square's own sign-in doing the work.
Data & Privacy
Read-only. Iris never writes to Square, and never touches how you take payment. Read the full privacy policy.
