Connect your Heartland Retail account (by Heartland, formerly Springboard Retail) and Iris reads what's already there: clients, purchases, what's in stock, and who sold it. Read-only, so nothing in your account ever changes.
What Iris Can Do
A boutique team asked Iris whether a specific piece was in stock, in a specific color, in a specific size — style, color, and size resolve to one answer, not a manual walk through a stock grid.
A boutique team wanted the rep attached to a client's past purchases instead of coming back blank. Now it's surfaced automatically, every time.
A boutique team wanted a same-day count of in-store transactions, with the customer on each ticket resolved by name — not just a raw number.
Subtotal, tax, discount, and shipping, reconstructed line by line for a single sale — not just a total.
Every completed sale, newest first, across the account.
Connect
Heartland doesn't yet support connecting third-party apps the one-tap way. Instead, you generate a dedicated API token from your own Heartland account and hand it to Clenta — about five minutes, start to finish.
Log into Heartland Retail and open the name menu in the top right, then go to My Account.
Go to API, click Generate new token, and copy it right away — Heartland only shows it once.
Send the token along with your account subdomain and we'll connect it for you. Iris can answer from Heartland as soon as it's in.
Data & Privacy
Every request Iris makes to Heartland is read-only. Iris never writes to your account, and never touches pricing, checkout, or fulfillment. Read the full privacy policy.
